Belgravia Group’s Jump! Swim Schools brands opens new franchises
Making the most of rising demands for swimming lessons, Jump! Swim Schools has advised that it is opening four new sites in November with new locations at Mernda West, Noble Park and Caroline Springs in Victoria as well as Richlands in Queensland.
With the franchise having been rescued by the Belgravia Group in 2019, becoming part of its Belgravia Kids (BK) business, it has now expanded to a post-lockdown network of more than 50 swim school locations across the country.
It also has three sites are in development at Armstrong Creek and Tarneit in Victoria, and Marsden Park in NSW.
The brand has reported a 10% rise in enrolments since lockdown easing in NSW and in Victoria, with November enrolments having risen 34% when compared to the same time last year.
Advising that enrolments are up 43% across the network since the group was acquired by Belgravia Leisure, Jump! Swim School Chief Executive, Mark Collins stated “the number of new franchise enquiries has also risen significantly. This is due to a range of different factor and motivations. Some people are looking to find better work-life balance after lockdowns, some are looking to diversify their businesses, others are looking to do something more meaningful and rewarding.”
Having at the beginning of the year announced a relaunch of the franchise recruitment process, Collins added that post-lockdown the franchise business is ready to continue with expansion, noting “we’re in growth mode - swim schools can barely keep up with demand and we’re eager to find more like-minded franchisees to partner with as we growth the network.”
