Dame Valerie Adams named as ambassador for Snap Fitness New Zealand

Leading 24/7 fitness franchise Snap Fitness, has announced its partnership with New Zealand Olympic medallist, Commonwealth and World Champion Shot Putter Dame Valerie Adams to “move the mood of the nation”.

Dame Valerie Adams has become the ambassador for Snap Fitness New Zealand, joining its mission “to support New Zealanders to develop positive exercise habits that genuinely help them to feel fantastic”.

Being familiar with Snap Fitness, Dame Adams shared her excitement about partnering with a brand that aligns with her values of inclusivity and the importance of moving for both physical and mental health.

“I can’t wait to help spread the message that being active looks different for everyone - the most important thing is finding what makes you feel good,” Dame Adams said.

The New Zealand shot putter expressed the importance of being active in her own life and how she is looking forward to helping others recognise the value of moving for the feeling.

Dame Adams advised “alongside Snap Fitness I am wanting to inspire New Zealanders to start moving for the way it makes them feel and encourage them to be active for the good it brings their whole body rather than how it can change their looks.

“I am passionate about sharing how fulfilling exercise can be with as many people as I can and want to support all individuals no matter where they are on their fitness journey.”
