Mission Possible Fitness offers ‘franchise with a difference’

Mission Possible Fitness offers ‘franchise with a difference’
December 8, 2022

Offering Pilates and personal training, family-owned and run Mission Possible Fitness (MPF) is looking to expand by offering an innovative fitness franchise opportunity to the industry.

Aiming to change lives by helping members achieve their optimal health and fitness goals, through training, education, inspiration and support, MPM came through the pandemic offering five Sydney-based studios - in Dural, Bella Vista, Crows Nest, Lane Cove and Rouse Hill.

Now looking to expand, MPF founder and Director, Simon Bryce explains “at Mission Possible Fitness, you can expect to be part of more than just a gym; we are a community, a family, and a support network.

“Our studios are operated by motivated and passionate owners/operators, and our focus is always what we CAN do and never on what we can’t.”

MPF started out as one independent location but when he was just 12 months into the business, Bryce asked himself, “how could I help more people which, in turn, then multiplies our impact in the community?” The answer was to become a franchise, and just four months later, after setting up all the systems, processes and packages, he confirmed his first franchise sale.

In the two years that followed, eight studios were launched.

Moving beyond the shocks of 2020 and 2021, Bryce connected with Damien Bain from Fitness Business Sales (FBS), to help the process, driving MPF’s next phase of growth and success.

Bryce recalls “I knew we needed stronger structures and sales processes, and … Damien has helped us, as a company, to move forward and achieve massive growth. He has created and implemented a complete franchise structure, and provided unwavering support from the ground up.

“He fully reviewed our sales and marketing systems, and as a result we now have plans in place to expand to 60 studios in the next five years.

“Damien and his team have been absolutely amazing for the MPF brand, and we know this is just the tip of the iceberg for what’s in store.”

Looking to the future, Bryce added “we specialise in helping our clients become better, healthier versions of themselves, and we achieve this through small group, semi-private and private Reformer Pilates, Studio Pilates and personal training sessions.

“Business growth is never ending.

“In fact, it’s no different to your own personal health and fitness growth - when you’re growing within yourself, nothing can stop you; when you have family support, nothing can stop you; when you be you and be your best, then absolutely nothing can stop you.”
