CLM team members from across the country headed to the Trafalgar Centre in Nelson last Saturday to celebrate another year of the facility management company’s success.

Over 120 guests were treated to a fine selection of local produce and beverages as they waited for the awards to be announced.

Local facility, The Richmond Aquatic Centre were the star of the show, taking home the overall Facility of the Year Award while also collecting, Shop of the Year, Café of the Year and Aquatic Facility of the Year.

The local theme of success continued with Riverside Pool’s Facility Manager Dave McKenzie being awarded the coveted CLM Legend award for service to both CLM and the facility management industry.

Riverside Pool took home the CLM Legends programme of the year and Nayland Park Pool took home the Outdoor Pool of the Year to round off a successful night for the local facilities.

CLM Chief Executive Craig Carter was brimming with pride throughout the evening, commenting “the Trafalgar Centre here in Nelson has been the perfect venue for us to celebrate the hard work our facilities do throughout the year.

"We are extremely proud of all our facilities and difference they continue to make in their local communities.”
