To mark ANZAC Day, Soulful Fitness in Sydney's Lane Cove has announced that it is offering Australian veterans a complimentary eight-week yoga membership to assist with their mental and physical strength.

The initiative follows the studio having also offered a similar complimentary membership program for anxiety suffers last year when if reopened after COVID when Bracks gave out $3000 worth of memberships.

Soulful Fitness owner, Amanda Bracks explains “we offer these programs to truly help our community take the steps into a gentle, safe place that can genuinely help people give their nervous system a break and start to feel better about themselves.

“Our motto is ‘Move your Body and Feed your Soul’ and that’s what we deliver with our programs

The Award-winning studio inspires locals to improve strength, stretch and mindfulness with yoga, Pilates, Pilates reformer, barre and spin.
