Having already successfully implemented Roller software at its sites in Tongyeong, South Korea and on Singapore’s Sentosa Island, Skyline Enterprises has selected Roller’s technology platform to help the company to provide a quality experience to its customers.
The use of Roller software - which offers an all-in-one solution, including payments, online bookings, entry management, POS and in-venue ticketing - will allow Skyline Enterprises to provide a fast and efficient service, leading to a positive customer experience. The cloud-based technology means that Skyline can easily manage its global operations, without losing sight of the customers.
Skyline Enterprises Chief Executive, Geoff McDonald explains “we are continually striving to improve our customer experience. In an increasingly digital world, it is more critical than ever to be able to leverage the latest technology available.
Roller’s extensive knowledge of working in this space and partnering with successful venues around the world gave us the confidence to introduce their solution into our International Luge business.”
Roller Chief Executive, Luke Finn added “Roller has a history of partnering with successful venues as they grow.
“We’ve built a full suite of solutions for entertainment and leisure venues and deliver them at scale through one integrated, cloud-based platform. Our mission is to help leisure businesses grow and deliver amazing guest experiences through innovative, best-in-class technology.”
Advising that Skyline Enterprises is expanding its international luge experience, Skyline Enterprises General Manager - International Luge, Danny Luke stated “Roller’s ability to help us across the whole customer experience, from buying a ticket to getting the customer into the venue quickly to enjoying themselves on the day is very valuable to us.”
Roller Solutions Manager - APAC, Chris McBoyle concluded “having an established client base in Australia and New Zealand, it is an exciting opportunity for Roller to partner with such an iconic brand as Skyline.
“We are looking forward to working together with Skyline in South East Asia and other venues across the world and showcasing our state-of-the-art capabilities.”
