Eventbrite launches EventbriteSync on Salesforce AppExchange
Leading self-service ticketing platform Eventbrite has launched a new app that aims to deliver seamless integration between the Eventbrite and Salesforce platforms to help customers track and manage their events.
The free EventbriteSync app integrates marketing and sales activities on Salesforce AppExchange, the world’s leading enterprise apps marketplace.
EventbriteSync will enable Eventbrite customers to seamlessly connect to their Salesforce accounts, leveraging the power of the industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform directly with their event data. The free app, which will be available globally, will include support in French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Introducing the new innovation, Eventbrite Product Vice-President Laurent Sellier stated “live events are extremely important in building relationships with customers, partners, and communities, and having a connection between an event management platform and a CRM platform is critical to many businesses and organisations.
“EventbriteSync is a free solution that delivers real value to small-and medium-sized business owners by eliminating tedious data entry, strengthening customer relationships, and enabling them to run their organisations more efficiently with a holistic view of how their events fit in with other marketing and sales activities.”
Eventbrite, which has more than 130 apps available through Eventbrite Spectrum, continues to invest in best-in-class partner integrations that expands the utility of its platform and makes life easier for customers.
With EventbriteSync, event organisers can:
• Seamlessly import event data into Salesforce to better track their customers through events and marketing campaigns;
• Effortlessly sync Eventbrite data with Salesforce through real-time, automated and on-demand functionality;
• Optimise the app for their specific business process with custom mapping that allows full control of data between Eventbrite and Salesforce; and
• Transfer information from Salesforce to Eventbrite, to quickly create events associated with marketing campaigns.
