City of Perth continues its support of arts and culture projects
September 2, 2022

The City of Perth is continuing its support of arts and cultural projects having committed more than $1 million to expand the City’s vibrant events calendar. Council voted to support 13 arts and culture projects to the tune of $1.095 million, including some over a three-year period.

City of Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said arts and culture are crucial parts of Council’s strategy to attract people from across WA into the heart of Perth and to ensure the City of Light is a vibrant and exciting place to live, work and visit.
