Leading aquatic inflatables manufacturer Wibit Sports has fused its aquatic play technology with the increasingly popular Ninja Warrior sports entertainment competition at the first official Ninja Warrior UK Aqua Park.

Located at the Liquid Leisure Aqua Park near Windsor Castle on the banks of the River Thames, the installation expands on Wibit’s established aquatic sports parks concepts to create an aquatic obstacle course linked to the popular Ninja Warrior television show.

In a statement, Wibit advise that “the course, full of adrenaline-fuelled action and fun, challenging obstacles, will allow brave and strong contestants to make it to the end and be the last man standing.

“The two-person challenge is a brand new feature, offering participants the chance to tackle aqua park obstacles inspired by the hit ITV show while also racing against each other and the clock. “

Launching the new attraction Liquid Leisure owner Stuart Marston advised “we’ve worked closely with the teams at ITV, format owner Tokyo Broadcast System and Wibit Sports in Germany to create an authentic Ninja Warrior UK experience that complements our already hugely popular Wibit aqua park course.”

Locally, Australian Ninja Warrior is a sports entertainment competition that pits competitors against each other by competing in extremely difficult obstacle courses.

Australasian Leisure Management understands that the licence holders of Australian Ninja Warrior are negotiating with a leading attraction to introduce a similar concept in Australia.
