Dr. Honey is excited to be heading up the organisation at a time of growth and opportunity and adds “I am looking forward to building on the fantastic foundation that has been laid here at Skate Australia.
“We have a great team that I look forward to working closely with. They have all grown so much in the short time I have been here, and I look forward to inspiring and leading them into Paris 2024 and beyond.
“We have a unique opportunity to grow our traditional sports of inline and rink hockey, speed and artistic skating and roller derby alongside the development of meaningful opportunities for our skateboarders, inline freestylers and others in the years to come.
