read moreSales training leader the Sales Authority Club is holding its latest workshop for sales and marketing professionals in the industry, focussing on what company Principal Steve Jensen calls the “soft skills” that will increase sales.
Jensen advises “if your sales approach has succeeded with one person but then ‘bombed out’ with the very next prospect, or if you’ve had interactions where you instantly ‘click’ with someone but then struggle to connect and communicate well with the next, then it’s time you learned about how soft skills are a ‘secret source’ of successful sales.
“Almost every sales interaction with a prospect can be a success when you know how to adapt to different buying styles.”
The workshop will help delegates make the most of every opportunity, both personally and professionally, and reduce the possibility of losing a sale or, at a personal level, not connecting with friends and loved ones.
It will help delegates learn how to become more confident by using questioning skills that will give control of every conversation, reduce pushback and minimise time-consuming follow-up.
Discover How to use Buying Patterns
Jensen explains “buying Patterns are habits that everyone has but not many people know about or use. Learning how ask the three pattern questions will teach you how to tailor every presentation and make it easy for people to buy.
“You will learn how prospects make their decisions and how long that process will take, so you avoid being too pushy or even worse, fail to ask for the sale.
“Learning soft skills is life-changing and tons of fun.”
The Workshop, being held live on Zoom, will help delegates learn:
• Useful NLP Skills & Techniques You Can Use daily
• Practical Questioning Skills That Give You Control
• How to Reduce Professional & Personal Pushback
• How to Reduce Follow-Up & Increase Sales
• Communication Skills That Deliver A 5-10 Time Return
• The Question That Tells You How Your Prospect ‘Makes Decisions’
• How Much Information They Need to Receive
• How Long A Prospect Will Take to Buy
• Fun & Useful Skills That You Can Use At Work & Home
The Workshop is being held live on Zoom from 9.45am on 26th February 2021.
