Complementing a long line of recent custom centric software innovations, such as their Online Paperless signup, Member Portal and Automation Centre, PerfectGym is pleased to unveil their Courses module.

The PerfectGym courses module, was created to address the industry need for an ‘all encompassing’ Courses module, which not only had powerful scheduling capabilities, but offered parents and users a single point for course management and communications, in addition to being able to be configured out of the box to satisfy the changing view of treating swimming lessons and courses as an going membership, in lieu of the traditional term based structure.

The PerfectGym Courses Module was conceptualised to be a dynamic, scalable cloud based Courses module for use in single to large multilocation facilities. It was designed to fulfil the need of both large aquatic and leisure facilities and for purpose swim school facilities requiring dynamic, configurable swim school management with Marketing Automations, Waitlist, online enrolment, customisable enrolment rules, family management and a customisable makeup functionality.

Having already produced the industry’s first truly mobile responsive branded member portal, with family management, account management, payments and class bookings; PerfectGym was able to utilise these existing modern features to complement the addition of the Courses module, which completes the vision of “a single customer destination”.

Speaking of this, PerfectGym’s Australian Country Manager, and Courses module designer, Matt Inglis comments that “… many facilities either didn’t have an adequate solution for online enrolments, cancellations, and management of their students, or had another piece of software to track progress and be sent automations.

"With our mission to provide facilities with a modern singular platform, without 3rd party ‘bolt-ons’, and with a customer first focus, it was a natural progression for us to add family, swim and course management to the member portal, and to allow operators to enjoy the same modern enterprise solutions in aquatics, as they have in fitness.”

Through discussions and feedback with aquatic industry leaders, PerfectGym has developed functionality that addresses the needs of the market in the areas of:

• Courses as a membership – treat swim school like a gym membership, have flexible or fixed costs, allow suspensions, and flexible visits out of hours.
• Quick online enrolment – allow painless signups for multiple children in one screen in one place
• Family Management and bundled billing – address the issue of excess transaction fees and increased rejections, by bundling family payments together.
• Automation – send email/sms communications for new course enrolments, reminders of classes, mass cancellations, sending certificates, and advising on re-enrolment or closures.
