Merlin Venues Sydney partners with Bespoke Catering for array of upcoming events

Merlin Venues Sydney - the events arm of Merlin Entertainments – has partnered with leading Sydney based culinary experts, Bespoke Catering, to deliver menu customisation for the upcoming event season.

Merlin Venues Sydney hosts a range of public and private events across their four leading attractions in the city. These include the iconic SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds in Darling Harbour and the Sydney Tower Eye, which offers an impressive 360-degree view across the beautiful harbour city.

Bespoke Catering will be the primary partner of Merlin Venues Sydney, catering for corporate functions, weddings, birthday parties and their brand-new offering – Signature Dining at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, which includes after-hours access to the aquarium and a three-course dinner, surrounded by mesmerising marine life.
