read moreDarwin is set to host Australia’s first live music concert since the COVID-19 pandemic forced the closure of music and entertainment venues broke in March.
Taking place this weekend at the Darwin Ski Club, Reset 2020 will feature multiple acts, headlined by the Angels, the Superjesus and Shannon Noll.
Looking forward to the concert, the first of three major music events in the coming weeks, Angels vocalist Dave Gleeson told the NT News, “Darwin’s leading the way … it’s a glimmer of hope for musos everywhere, it feels surreal and I’m so excited for it.
Darwin Ski Club President Paul Winter said the club will be hosting Jimmy Barnes next weekend and Rebound 2020 in October.
Winter told the NT News “to be able to go to a concert finally and get that crowd spirit happening with 2500 people, that’s what we’re all there for.”
