read moreCERM Performance Indicators at the University of South Australia is inviting sport, aquatic and leisure centres to be part of its 2020 annual survey.
Introducing the survey, Raylene Jones, CERM Performance Indicators Senior Project Officer, advised "we’re obviously aware COVID-19 will have impacted each centre’s full year performance however due to the situation being consistent across the group, the benchmarks will still be robust.
"Our view is that this year’s data will additionally help provide a better understanding of the wider operational restrictions imposed on sport, aquatic and leisure centres.”
• A national perspective/ snapshot on operational performance of sports, aquatic and leisure centres will be available at the conclusion of the survey
• This annual national benchmarking survey is the basis for robust industry operational indicators for Australasian sport, aquatic and leisure centres
• Compare your facility/s results with well-established industry relevant KPI’s
• KPIs are reported for key aspects of operational management including finance, services, marketing, human resources, and utilities
How to be involved:
1. Register your interest via the button below, advising contact details and name of centre/s to be involved
2. Receive the survey link from CERM PI
3. Complete the questionnaire and submit to CERM PI
4. Your results will be checked prior to issuing to the recipient
5. The 2020 CERM PI Bulletin will be distributed to recipients to allow comparison to national KPI’s when available (approximately late 2020 or early 2021).
The cost is $200 per facility (GST exclusive), a fee that is waivered for those who have undertaken a Customer Service Quality survey during the past 12 months.
