The respected annual survey, which has provided industry performance benchmarks for over two decades, provides:
• A national perspective/ snapshot on operational performance of aquatic, recreation and sport centres (available at the conclusion of the survey)
• National benchmarks as the basis for robust industry benchmarks for Australian aquatic, recreation and sport centres
• Facilities with well-established industry specific KPIs
• KPIs are reported for key aspects of operational management including finance, services, marketing, human resources, utilities and facilities
