Principal Consultant Simon Weatherill has spent the last 20 years developing the world renowned Melbourne Sports Hub, as former Chief Executive Officer of the State Sports Centres Trust (SSCT).

In 2016 he established a boutique consultancy that specialises in People, Infrastructure and Technology as the cornerstone to developing and growing successful business entities and corporations.

Simon has a passion for aligning leadership and culture to drive the strategic intent of any organisation. This comes from a career understanding that people are the most important resource in any organisation, and the development of trust is the glue in which the culture and leadership foundations are built.

In addition to this he has a strong belief that concept planning is not carried out with the seriousness and due diligence required to bring about exceptional operational results. To this end he has developed a unique Concept to Reality Matrix Checklist.
