World Leisure calls for Board of Directors Nominations
The World Leisure Secretariat is now accepting nominations for its Board of Directors, whose primary role is to set policy and direction for the international organisation including the approval of programs designed to accomplish its mission.
World Leisure Directors, who serve a three-year term, are expected to demonstrate the skills, disposition and enthusiasm needed for board leadership; membership of World Leisure; experience as a practicing professional, educator, or citizen with a focus on leisure and related areas; knowledge of professional association activities; and general knowledge of international affairs.
