TreeClimb counts down to opening latest attraction in Adelaide’s northern suburbs
December 6, 2024

Adventure attractions operator TreeClimb is set to open its third South Australian location this month, expanding to Adelaide’s northern suburbs in time for the school holidays.

With popular locations in the Adelaide Park Lands and Kuitpo Forest, TreeClimb’s new adventure park - sited in the City of Salisbury’s Harry Bowey Reserve - will offer a range of suspended tree-based courses, designed to provide a tailored experience that will challenge, educate and excite thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts.

10 years after the business was established with the development a nature-based adventure park in the heart of the Adelaide Park Lands, the new attraction will offer adventure courses that vary in difficulty, each finishing with a zipline to bring guests back to the ground.

Activities include a grand course, kids course, zip loop course and a nets adventure, while hot and cold drinks and snacks are served in an ‘eco hut’, with the attraction also offering an area for guests to relax and enjoy the views.

The eco hut is also the location where guests check in for the experience where the safety briefing, harnessing and practice course commences. Once these important steps are completed, adventurers will have plenty of time to explore amongst the trees.

Well-tested European technology ensures the course’s constructions have no lasting effect on the natural environment, instead enabling growth, health and maturity in its forest locations.

TreeClimb also carefully preserves tree health through regular audits and arborist reports.

Further expansion of the business will see it open attractions in southeast Queensland and Tasmania in 2025.
