Technogym, the world’s leading company in fitness, wellness and sports solutions, announced new products and showcased engaging training experiences at the 2019 Sydney Fitness Show, run in conjunction with the Filex conference from 12th to 13th April at the ICC in Sydney. 

Developed by Technogym, the CLUB 4.0 is a new concept that allows users to immerse themselves in different training programs and formats, making way for tailor made training experiences based on personal goals. 

The Technogym space at this year’s expo was inspired by Club 4.0, hosting different areas to offer complete training programs and formats, reflective of different sport and fitness experiences. 

Through the specific APPs, trainers can easily and seamlessly set up fun and motivating classes, and are able to manage every aspect of the workout: from music selection to presetting parameters for participants to follow. 

The training formats offered with Club 4.0 include:

• SKILLBIKE class 
• SKILLRUN class and BOOTCAMP 
• SKILLROW class 
• SKILLATHLETIC class 
• SKILLMILL (HIIT) class 

Club 4.0 leverages the Mywellness digital platform and Technogym Ecosystem by connecting all Technogym products and programs together. Users can continue to collect and access their personal data at any time on their mobile Mywellness app. 

BIOCIRCUIT is the new circuit training solution and method offering a personalised workout to help users achieve their goals in a short amount of time through optimal muscle activation. The guided program delivers an engaging experience that requires no adjustments or wait time as exercises, workload, work/rest ratio and pace have been defined and integrated into personalised programs. Thanks to the BIODRIVE patent, a motor controller that delivers tailored workouts in limited amounts of time, BIOCIRCUIT is the first training line offering a personalised workout in a safe, guided and effective way. Based on revolutionary aerospace technology, BIODRIVE is the only system in the market connected with the native software of the circuit; it requires only one login and is totally customisable to the users’ needs. 

SKILLBIKE is the revolutionary stationary bike designed by Technogym that enables cyclists, triathletes and cycling enthusiasts to live the emotion and challenge of outdoor experiences in an indoor environment. SKILLBIKE is also ideal for small group training sessions on the gym floor or in a studio environment. With SKILLBIKE, trainers can offer two different yet equally engaging class experiences: Race and Performance. The SKILLBIKE professional app allows trainers to prepare the class in advance and enables seamless class management. 

SKILLRUN is the first treadmill to combine cardio and power training in a single solution designed to meet the training requirements of both elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Thanks to unique MULTIDRIVE TECHNOLOGY (patent pending), SKILLRUN offers both cardio training and resistance workouts to enhance power. The interactive UNITY console allows users to access a completely customised workout experience, engaging and motivating them through digital content, personalised training programs and data tracking. 

SKILLRUN offers the opportunity to organise engaging classes by simply selecting an existing profile from the library and monitoring each member’s performance data. In addition to this, for more adventurous users, operators can plan a SKILLRUN BOOTCAMP, a dynamic format that combines cardio and power training and other advanced features to enable the class to enjoy high intensity workouts that also optimise heart rate training with a wide variety of sled and parachute and sprint exercises with acceleration and gradient changes. 

SKILLROW offers the opportunity to create an immersive rowing class experience that offers participants the possibility to row either against each other or together in total synchronisation as would a real crew. Participants follow the set pace and monitor their biometrics on a large screen. 

SKILLMILL is the only non-motorised treadmill for athletic performance training where club operators can create high intensity workouts (HIIT). SKILLMILL offers a new way to accomplish professional sports training in a motivating environment that will turn members into peak performers.
