Leading global payment solutions provider Transaction Services Group (TSG) has expanded into the United States with the establishment of Debitsuccess USA based in San Francisco.

Debitsuccess specialises in collecting any day any frequency recurring payments from customers through its full service payment platform, which includes billing, customer service, following up of delinquent members, and the highest level of international data security – level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Debitsuccess US President Shaun Quincey says the move is a significant step for the organisation’s focused growth strategy.

Quincey explainns “25% of customers will at some stage have a failed transaction for a number of reasons and the Debitsuccess platform has been engineered to reengage and retain the dropped customers, improving cash flow and driving more revenue.

“The recurring revenue model needs a subscription payment reengagement solution and we are filling that space in the USA for a number of sectors.”

The establishment of Debitsuccess USA comes within a year of TSG acquiring direct billing providers Harlands and DFC in the United Kingdom.
