Elaine Jobson, Chief Executive of Jetts Australia, is set to release her second book, High Performance Through Happy People, at the end of June.

Released through Major Street Publishing, the book sees Jobson share her proven strategies that make organisations high on performance and high on employee engagement.

The work follows Jobson's earlier work Leadership Matters (published with the Institute of Managers and Leaders).

Introducing the new publication, Jobson explains “balancing good culture and high performance is never easy. You want your people to be happy and enjoy coming to work, but you also need them to be productive and deliver results.

“Many leaders believe that striking this balance is impossible.”

However, Jobson argues that it’s not only possible but is essential for leaders wanting to build an organisation that achieves sustainable performance over the long term.
