Advancing an innovative style of training which combines functional training in a team environment, F45 Training has proved to be a massive success since launching in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Mirroring the growing popularity of group training, F45 Training's rapid growth and business potential is now being licensed across Australia and will soon be operating in 50 locations (25 in NSW, one in Queensland, 10 in Victoria, 14 in Western Australia), with more locations to follow.

In creating F45 Training, they sought to develop a holistic approach to training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance technique to deliver a unique group training experience.

In making F45 Training available for licensing across Australia, Deutsch and Istomin have put in place a series of systems, structure and controls to boost the success of licencees.
