Enta Australasia rebrands as VIVATICKET

As part of a global strategy to have one common ticketing identity, Best Union and its Enta Australasia subsidiary have been rebranded as VIVATICKET, with, since 1st July, VIVATICKET Pty Ltd undertaking all of the business' operations in Australia and New Zealand.

The rebranding follows a period of significant growth for the global ticketing company, with it having secured ticketing agreements with the Eiffel Tower in Paris and Spanish football giants Barcelona Football Club CF.

Locally, VIVATICKET Pty Ltd has also secured five new customers in Victoria and NSW while, in a project managed by the company’s Australian-based BOS software solutions team, it is set to go live with ticketing and access at Malaysia’s Desaru Coast Adventure Water Park, which was jointly project managed by our Australian based BOS software solution’s team.

Introducing the new branding, VIVATICKET Managing Director - Australia, John Godwin explains “we have been a part of the Best Union Group since October 2016, which is a global organisation selling over 600 million tickets per year across more than 40 countries.

“As, prior to now, we operated under a range of different company names, the rebranding is a key step in the continual international collaboration to enhance our local delivery of solutions and enjoy the benefits of a talented global team.”

Advising that the unification will enhance local operations to help clients, Godwin adds “VIVATICKET will continue to partner with you to implement solutions for you to grow revenues and benefit from the efficiencies created by our ticketing and CRM solutions and services.

“From today we will be launching a new global website that will provide information on the global company and our range of ticketing and CRM software solutions and services that the group provides in the various markets.

“We are also in the process of updating all the BOS and Enta ticketing and CRM solution collateral to enhance and elaborate on the content provided in the new website.

“The five new Australian customers and a number of new global clients with whom we welcome into the VIVATICKET family have made for an exciting year.

“Of particular note is the welcoming of the Eiffel Tower. After six months of fierce competition including numerous proofs of concept and workshops, VIVATICKET was awarded a 10-year contract for servicing the ticketing activities one of France’s pre-eminent venues.

“The Eiffel Tower, along with the Louvre and 1300 other venues and organsiations in France has VIVATICKET is a leading ticketing partner.

“Key to this success is the clear and scalable applicative design of our solution, its ability to support third parties integrations and the high granularity of its product management rules.

"The contract includes the development of a sophisticated and automated capacity management system and the generalisation of our solution’s APIs.”

Commenting on have secured the ticketing contract for one of the world’s most iconic venues, VIVATICKET Chairman Luca Montebugnoli stated “(this) is an important step towards the definitive leadership in cultural market in France.”

The Eiffel Tower is the most-visited paid monument in the world, with around seven million annual visitors, among whom 75% are non-French. It will be in a renewed centre of the attention at the occasion of the 2014 Olympic Games hosted in Paris.

Looking to the future, Godwin added “over the past 19 years, the company has experienced wonderful growth, which is largely due to our solutions focus delivery and our dedicated and talented team.
