Brisbane-based City Venue Management (CVM) has announced its recent achievement in being recognised as one of the Top 15 Best Places to Work by WRK+, the renowned Australian-based global workplace research and consulting firm.

The award underpins CVM's relentless dedication to creating an exceptional employee experience and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration, with the WRK+ Awards 2023 a testament to CVM's commitment to employee well-being and workplace satisfaction. Over 43,047 employees from 101 organisations participated in an annual research study conducted between September 2022 and June 2023.

Through this comprehensive analysis, CVM emerged as a standout organization that excels in retaining talent, enhancing productivity, and driving high levels of employee engagement.

Expressing her pride in the accomplishments, CVM Chief People Officer, Nicky Sloan advised "we are delighted to share that City Venue Management has secured a coveted spot within the Top 15 Best Places to Work for the year 2023.

“Our dedication to investing in our people and cultivating a workplace where our team members find meaning beyond just a job is at the heart of our success."

CVM's recognition goes beyond its workplace culture, with the business having also been honoured with the 2023 ESG award, highlighting its remarkable efforts and steadfast commitment to environmental, social, and governance practices and sustainability.

This dual recognition showcases CVM's holistic approach to not only fostering a thriving workforce but also contributing positively to the larger community and environment.

This achievement further drives the CVM passion and purpose of ‘creating experiences that delight and engage’, both for its customers, and creating a workplace where individuals flourish.
