1.1 million fans attend ANZ Stadium events in 2017
Capacity crowds for the Arsenal FC blockbusters have put Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on track to post one of its highest attendance years since the 2000 Olympics, with an aggregate annual attendance at the venue in 2017 now standing at 1.17 million.
As football fans flocked to witness Arsenal’s first visit to Australia in 40 years, a total of 163,652 fans attended the Arsenal v Sydney FC (80,432) game and Arsenal v Western Sydney Wanderers (83,221).

The 2016 calendar year aggregate attendance to 17th July at ANZ Stadium stands at a massive 1,171,049.
