Pullman Melbourne on the Park welcomes Salt fitness and wellness facility

Salt East Melbourne - a fitness, wellness and recovery facility - has officially opened at Pullman Melbourne on the Park.

Salt founders, former AFL players Dean Solomon and Matthew ‘Maxy’ Kennedy, have designed the fitness centre to be inclusive, catering for everyone no matter where they are in their health and wellness journey.

Solomon shared “we are on a mission to help transform every person that walks through our doors, whether they are elite athletes or just starting their fitness journey.”

Salt’s new facility in east Melbourne offers premium fitness amenities and expertise with the gym comprising five distinct zones.

The east Melbourne facility’s functional fitness and cycling zones feature a comprehensive array of ergonomically designed cutting-edge equipment for strength, cardio and flexibility training.

Cardio equipment includes the DRAX brand which claims to offer “the most scientific and efficient fitness equipment for those who care for the true meaning of exercise”.

Also located within Salt East Melbourne’s distinct zones is an exclusive recovery haven with a sauna and steam room, a luxurious magnesium spa, ice baths and compression recovery.
