Matrix Fitness’ new Connexus functional training equipment series - designed to give clubs, commercial fitness settings and trainers maximum flexibility, repeatability and expandability in their workout environment -  is now available if Australia.

The highly-versatile Connexus range is ideal for bodyweight, resistance and flexibility training for a wide range of individuals and ability levels.

Available as either a wall-mounted or a freestanding unit, each Connexus installation features a variety of attachment points to accommodate a wide range of accessories and training modalities, including: bars, bands, med balls, boxing bags and , suspension training straps

Connexus is ideal for small-group training and functional-training classes where repeatability is important because it allows multiple users to perform the same exercise in unison. In addition, an expansion kit makes it easy and affordable to add capacity or create multiple circuit-training stations in a single space.

Connexus Free/Connexus Perimeter
Wall-mounted Connexus Perimeter units tap into underutilised wall and corner space to offer high-impact training. Connexus works with a wide range of accessories and training modalities including bars, bands, med balls, boxing bags, TRX straps and more. This gives trainers ultimate flexibility to design their own protocols and the ability to build variety into the programming they offer individuals, small groups and classes. Connexus features low, mid and high anchor points that accommodate bodyweight, resistance and flexibility training for a wide range of individuals and ability levels. Enhanced adjustability simplifies set-up and transitions between exercises to keep class and training sessions moving smoothly with little downtime. Plus, the Connexus Expansion kit enables you to build a functional training system perfectly tailored to your programming needs and budget.

Connexus Free 
Connexus Free is a complete free-standing system with multiple training stations that users can access from all sides. Connexus works with a wide range of accessories and training modalities including bars, bands, med balls, boxing bags, TRX straps and more. This gives trainers ultimate flexibility to design their own protocols and the ability to build variety into the programming they offer individuals, small groups and classes. Connexus features low, mid and high anchor points that accommodate bodyweight, resistance and flexibility training for a wide range of individuals and ability levels. Enhanced adjustability simplifies set-up and transitions between exercises to keep class and training sessions moving smoothly with little downtime. Connexus Free has everything you need for a multi-person functional training system on the weight room floor or in a dedicated space.

Connexus 2 – Shelf Storage Cart
The mobile Connexus Storage Cart keeps accessories and attachments close at hand for easy set-up and transition between classes or groups. With a maximum capacity of 225 kilograms., the two-shelf storage cart features heavy-duty casters to enable movement around the facility. The highly accessible and sturdy storage also keeps your facility neat and organised at all times.

Connexus 2 – Shelf Storage Cart
The mobile Connexus Storage Cart keeps accessories and attachments close at hand for easy set-up and transition between classes or groups. With a maximum capacity of 340 kilograms, the three-shelf storage cart features heavy-duty casters to enable movement around the facility. The highly accessible and sturdy storage also keeps your facility neat and organised at all times.

Options
Med Ball Target
Divided into three training zones (low, mid and high), the optional med ball target can be used with slam balls and a wide variety of med balls to enhance power training programs and offer program variety.

Magnetic Chalkboard
The optional magnetic chalkboard features a storage slot for chalk, a smart phone or a tablet. It allows trainers to post workout information in highly visible area.

Landmine Attachment
For additional flexibility, the optional landmine attachment allows trainers to incorporate more explosive power training into their programming.

Because of its versatility, the Connexus is ideal for bodyweight, resistance and flexibility training for a wide range of individuals and ability levels. It comes with free, turnkey programming as well as a vast exercise library for trainers to use. Programs include the TRX Suspension Training module, Band & Ball module and Boxing module. The training resources are easily modified for varying ability levels and individual goals.
