The much anticipated opening of Australia’s first-ever Topgolf venue on the Gold Coast is approaching, with the facility scheduled for a mid-winter launch.

Topgolf host custom designed entertainment venues around the world and serves more than 8 million annual visitors worldwide. The entertainment phenomenon has grown rapidly over the past few years, offering guests fun point-scoring golf games for all golfing skill levels while serving food and drinks.

Its latest indoor facility, situated right Village Roadshow Studios and Warner Bros. Movie World in Oxenford, will also be looking for significant secondary spent its F&B offerings, featuring an accomplished executive chef and a menu with a fresh twist on American classics, local specialities and brews, plus unexpected new creations.

The modern, climate-controlled playing ‘bays’, similar to a bowling lane, will allow for one to six people to come together and play. Top Golf will feature a wide selection of games including Top Scramble, Top Pressure and Top Shot that utilize micro-chipped golf balls to keep track of every shot.

The venue is currently hiring in a number of operational roles.

Closely coinciding with the opening, Topgolf International Chief Operating Officer, Zach Shor will be presenting at the upcoming Golf Business Forum in Melbourne at the end of July.
