CERM PI Project invites participation in latest aquatic, recreation and sport centre survey

CERM PI Project invites participation in latest aquatic, recreation and sport centre survey
September 22, 2016

The CERM PI® Project at the University of South Australia is inviting Australasian aquatic, recreation and sport centres to be involved in the CERM PI Benchmarking Survey for 2015/16.

The respected annual survey, which has provided industry performance benchmarks for over two decades, provides:

• A national perspective/ snapshot on operational performance of aquatic, recreation and sport centres (available at the conclusion of the survey)
• National benchmarks as the basis for robust industry benchmarks for Australian aquatic, recreation and sport centres
• Facilities with well-established industry specific KPIs
• KPIs are reported for key aspects of operational management including finance, services, marketing, human resources, utilities and facilities

Participants have two options:

1. Become a CERM PI subscriber ($530 annual fee), and also receive national industry benchmarks published in our CERM PI Bulletin at the conclusion of the survey, or
2. Submit your data to CERM PI, and receive your centre’s results immediately at no cost.

All data received is treated with the utmost confidentiality, is non-identifiable and managed according to established University protocols.

Participants of the survey will be the only recipients of their centre's results.

Upon participants registering their interest, they will be provided with instructions and the tools required to submit your data.

All data must be submitted by Friday 2nd December 2016.

Registations of interest must be submitted by Friday 30th September
