Crafted by Executive Chef Matthew Arnold and the Centre’s talented culinary team, the new menu offers more than a collection of dishes - it’s a reflection of BCEC’s deep respect for Queensland’s vibrant food culture and collaborative team approach to menu design. With options designed to cater to diverse dietary needs and global flavours inspired by the Centre’s multicultural team, the menu offers something for everyone.
At the ASM Global managed BCEC, sustainability remains at the heart of their culinary philosophy. From energy-efficient kitchen practices, mindful menu planning, food waste reduction and community support through partnerships including Emmanuel City Mission, the Centre continues to lead with purpose.
The 2025/2026 Menu Planner is now available with BCEC also having introduced @seasonedbyqld, a dedicated Instagram account that brings the Centre’s culinary story to life. From behind-the-scenes moments direct from the kitchen line, to beautifully plated dishes, followers are invited to explore the artistry and passion that define BCEC’s food experience.
Kym Guesdon, General Manager of BCEC shares "this menu is a reflection of the creativity, care and collaboration that defines our team. It embodies our commitment to quality, sustainability and showcasing Queensland’s abundant culinary strengths. We look forward to sharing it with our clients and guests, and with an even wider audience through @seasonedbyqld."
Executive Chef Matthew Arnold adds, "Creating this menu has been a genuine team effort. We’ve drawn inspiration from Queensland’s incredible produce and the blend of backgrounds that enrich our kitchen teams to craft dishes that are fresh, balanced and beautifully presented. @seasonedbyqld gives us a platform to share not just what we create, but why we create it and to celebrate the people and passion behind every plate."
The BCEC kitchen is home to a dynamic team of chefs whose expertise span continents and cuisines. Under Arnold’s leadership, the team fosters a culture of mentorship, innovation and pride in their craft with every member playing a vital role in delivering the exceptional food experiences BCEC is known for.
