Australian health and wellness franchise City Cave has attracted Suzanne Greco, the former Global Chief Executive and President of Subway, as a shareholder in the international expansion of the brand - set to grow across the Americas in over 3,000 locations.

City Cave has established 70 locations primarily across Australia and New Zealand since franchising in 2018, cementing itself as a powerful franchise business.

The brand was founded in 2016 by Tim Butters and Jeremy Hassell.

Greco shared “I am very excited to have joined the City Cave brand. Tim and Jeremy have successfully built an amazing business in the wellness space, and I am proud to be a part of the next expansion.

“Bringing my experience, I will be guiding Tim and Jeremy to build a sustainable and profitable franchise brand here in the U.S., with a keen focus on franchisee profitability."

Driving a demonstrated growth, each City Cave location provides a range of Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Massage Services - a value-add for customers to be able to access all three treatments at a single City Cave location.

With an attention to detail, each layout is designed and specifically developed to include a dedicated relaxation space for both pre and post-treatments, with customers invited to spend as much time relaxing as needed.

Whereas a typical float centre generally utilises pods, City Cave uses a uniquely developed design of open pools in private rooms equipped with private showers - all being designed and manufactured in Australia.
