read moreLuxury Sydney fitness club Premier Health & Fitness CBD, has recently opened its doors after two-months of renovation that involved a footprint reconfiguration and the installation of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
Formerly known as Fifty Four Park St and owned by high-profile businessman James Packer, the fitness club offers premium facilities, luxurious style, a lavish change-room and wet area, featuring a 25 metre indoor pool, spas, steam and sauna rooms, and plunge pool.
Stylish aesthetics are visible throughout the club with polished marble bathroom floors, timber floorboards throughout the facility, a beautiful mix of timber, glass and mirrored finishes and a spiral staircase centrepiece.
Targeting both males and females within the corporate market, members can utilise the large functional, cardio and strength training zones as well as participate in group exercise classes such as Technogym’s Connected Group Cycle Class – the facility meets the fitness needs of all members.
Club owner Matt Dominello comments “we are proud to have the first Technogym Connected Group Cycle studio in the CBD.
“The 35 bike studio features interactive individual bike consoles, instructor defined interactive programming and results tracking ... making the experience for members unique, enjoyable and results focused.”
Technogym’s Group Cycle Connect Exercise Bike allows users to track training data and consequently monitor and improve their performances, thanks to the mywellness platform. The real-time data enables users to set new workout parameters and improve their performance through a totally immersive riding experience. It combines unique design with innovative connectivity and a multisensory experience similar to real road cycling.
Dominelli adds “this is our second facility using Technogym equipment. Our experience with the equipment and after-service has been faultless. We were drawn to Technogym due to its high performance, longevity, beautiful Italian style and state-of-the-art design and functionality.”
