Viva Leisure has expanded their network across all brands to 342 locations following the opening of Club Lime in the inner southern Sydney suburb of Rosebery - marking the Australian Stock Exchange listed operator’s 114th Club Lime venue.

Harry Konstantinou, Chief Executive and Managing Director of Viva Leisure advised “we are pleased to announce the opening of Viva Leisure Corporate location number 176. Club Lime Rosebery becomes our 114th Club Lime venue. Including the eight clubs we recently acquired, we are on track to surpass 120 Club Lime locations soon.

“With this addition, our network across all brands has grown to 342 locations, and we anticipate reaching 350 once the new acquisitions are integrated.

“Thank you for your continued support as we grow together.”

Earlier in June, Viva Leisure announced the launch of a fully underwritten $16 million equity raising to complete two acquisitions.

The fundraising is to support Viva Leisure’s binding agreements for two strategic acquisitions - the adding of eight health club locations in Western Australia and the expansion of the Club Lime brand in this market, complementing the group’s existing 14 Plus Fitness corporate locations in the state.

Konstantinou commented on the fundraising in a presentation to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) noting “our journey has been one of growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value to our members and stakeholders.”
