SwimDesk publishes news resource to help swim schools grow their businesses
Industry supplier SwimDesk has published a new free resource outlining 12 strategies that swim schools can use to improve customer retention and grow their enrolment base.
The booklet includes useful content aimed at medium to large scale swim schools that face challenges in supporting and satisfying a large customer base.
The strategies in the publication are focused on core operational processes including management of student assessments, communicating progress to parents and managing customer expectations.
SwimDesk is the leading software tool for managing swim school assessments and progress reports for families in Australia and also has a rapidly growing user base throughout New Zealand and Asia.
Introducing the new resource, SwimDesk Customer Success Manager, Lane Harrison stated "we love to help our clients be successful through using our software.
“We also make an effort to publish useful information that can help any swim school owner or manager growth their business. This is achieved through things like our swim school business blog and other content such as this new publication.”
