Revo Fitness plans to open 16 new gyms in 2024
March 22, 2024

Fast growing Western Australian gym chain Revo Fitness has plans to open 16 new gyms in 2024.

Since opening in a 200 metre² warehouse in Shenton Park Western Australia, Revo Fitness has captivated Australians and disrupted the fitness industry.

Revo Fitness’ ambitious plans will see its footprint expand to 52 locations across Australia by the end of 2024.

To date Revo operates 37 gyms in Australia - 23 gyms in Western Australia, seven in South Australia, four in Victoria and three in NSW.

With a dedication to ongoing growth and expansion, Revo aims to reach the milestone of 100 gyms over the next three years which will see it become one of the largest independent gym operators in the country.

Currently, one in 23 Western Australians are members of the gym chain, which Revo Fitness founder and Managing Director, Andrew Holder sees as a testament to its widespread popularity and influence.

Advising that Revo Fitness clubs are always met with overwhelming community support when opening in a new suburb, Holder noted “it confirms our belief in the strong connection people feel to our brand and lifestyle.

“Since we opened our doors in 2012, this will be our biggest growth year yet. The most gyms we have opened in one year previously was nine gyms in 2023.

“In 2023 six million workouts were smashed in Revo gyms showing the profound impact the fitness giant has on the landscape nationwide.

“Our growth in South Australia, Victoria and NSW reflects the increasing demand for affordable and accessible fitness options. We continue to grow our footprint in Western Australia - and we have big plans to continue to do the same in the East.”

Revo's rapid growth has allowed for an engagement in meaningful community partnerships.

In 2024, Revo partnered with Oceans Hero to support children on the autism spectrum and with Perth-based BuddiUp to empower young people with disabilities. They also recently announced a partnership with the Melbourne Mavericks.

Holder continued “we are now in a position to actively engage with the community through partnerships and we are committed to giving back and supporting community led initiatives.

“Being able to bring awareness about the positive benefits of health and fitness to not only our members, but also the wider community through positive partnerships, is the ultimate way for us to live our values and our mission to make fitness accessible to every Australian.”
