As a result of not making enough money despite working long hours, a staggering 90% of Personal Trainers quit less than a year into the profession.

Recognising the growing need to enhance and improve the business skills of Personal Trainers, leading industry consultancy Active Management have brought together a group of leading industry speakers for this year's PTBiz workshops.

The PTBiz 2012 line up commences with one of Australia's leading Dietitians, Matt O'Neill from Smartshape Centre for Weight Management, talking on nutrition for fitness businesses.

O'Neill believes that "a fitness plan without a nutrition plan, wont deliver the results your clients demand and leaves a huge gap for customers to leave your business.

"But how do you plug that hole, sustainably and profitably? You could offer general nutrition advice, sell supplements or refer to a Dietitian."

This session will explore how nutrition can work for your businesses to achieve more rewards with less effort.

From a financial focus to creating customer connection, PTBizCoach Principal Coach, Chantal Brodrick explores key communication elements in fitness marketing.

Chantal asks "what can we learn from others when it comes to effective marketing communications for our fitness businesses? Who's getting it right, who's leading the market with innovation and effectiveness and who's made mistakes we can learn from."\

During this presentation, Brodrick will explore the key communication elements needed to create customer connection and build a fitness community.

Final presenter, Mireille Ryan will address the topic 'How to Make Money Online Doing What You Love'.

Ryan asks "do you want to create a passive income doing what you love? If you run your own business or have dreamed of being your own boss, this session is for you."

The session will give present delegates with "breakthroughs in the world of membership sites, ezines, micromemberships, retention, traffic and online marketing."
