PerfectGym showcases fitness’ first truly mobile responsive online signup and member portal
PerfectGym has released ClientPortal2; the industry’s first truly mobile responsive online signup and member portal.
In developing ClientPortal2, PerfectGym used and analysed customer and industry feedback from recent years, in addition to societal information and patterns of consumer technology behaviour to aid in design and functionalit.
The release of ClientPortal2 gives customers the ability to apply their business colour pallet, logo and branding to give customers a truly seamless signup journey, that allows customers to stay ‘on-brand’ during signup, through automated welcome emails, and through offering a Member Portal for customers to administer all aspects of their Contract and Personal Details.
ClientPortal2 has been designed and released in tandem with Release70 of the PerfectGym platform, where features such as customer attributes, (the ability to specify and name unlimited custom customer information fields for collection during signup), customer agreements (upload and specify custom agreement documents, debit forms and Terms and Conditions to be populated and accepted during member sign up) and Automation Centre (a suite of automatic notifications that can be completely customised and branded to your business, to be sent to members during and after signup) can be configured to allow clients to adapt their member signup to suit the needs of their business.
Explaining these new PerfectGym features and their development in conjunction with ClientPortal2, Matt Inglis, Australia/New Zealand Country Manager commented “we felt it is important that our clients are equipped with the tools necessary to support them in adapting our online signup offering for their own personal needs.
“ClientPortal2 was designed as an integrated part of the PerfectGym Platform, with the goal of a seamless offering, that did not require customers to purchase security certificates, web servers, third party ‘add-ons’ or be restricted by older web frameworks that are unable to offer mobile responsiveness”.
ClientPortal2 had a mission of being able to create an enjoyable member journey that also empowered guests, current and renewed members to have the ability to easily administer their own account. This mission was accomplished through giving the members the ability to:
• Update and change personal details and photo,
• Update or change financial information,
• Purchase products/services,
• Upgrade or renew contracts, book classes,
• Personal training,
• Suspend a contract and settle outstanding debt.
Inglis added “in an increasingly time poor mobile society, it is important that members are able to manage their account at a time convenient to them, and without device restriction.
“This empowerment of members has the added benefit of a significant decrease in administration within clubs, as well as attaining the ability to trade and sell to members outside of club staffing hours”.
