Jetts Group wins consecutive annual customer satisfaction award
The award, from Australia's leading independent customer satisfaction ratings company, recognised Jetts as the best in the industry giving a five star rating for overall customer satisfaction, value for money, and flexibility of membership. This five star rating recognises the freedom Jetts offers consumers to work out on their terms.
Having recently celebrated the opening of its 200th club across Australia and New Zealand, further rapid growth is expected in terms of membership and 50 new clubs are scheduled to open in Australasia within the next 12 months.
Welcoming the Canstar Blue award, Jetts Group Managing Director Adrian McFedries stated "we are thrilled that our collective focus and hard work on standards, service and team work are being recognised and reflect our own mission of being the consumers' ultimate choice in health and fitness.
