Jetts Group wins consecutive annual customer satisfaction award
The award, from Australia's leading independent customer satisfaction ratings company, recognised Jetts as the best in the industry giving a five star rating for overall customer satisfaction, value for money, and flexibility of membership. This five star rating recognises the freedom Jetts offers consumers to work out on their terms.
Having recently celebrated the opening of its 200th club across Australia and New Zealand, further rapid growth is expected in terms of membership and 50 new clubs are scheduled to open in Australasia within the next 12 months.
Welcoming the Canstar Blue award, Jetts Group Managing Director Adrian McFedries stated "we are thrilled that our collective focus and hard work on standards, service and team work are being recognised and reflect our own mission of being the consumers' ultimate choice in health and fitness.
"Members have the freedom to choose and we're thrilled they continue to choose Jetts. Our business revolves around the member and giving them what they want; low fees, no contracts, 24/7 access, high quality equipment and access to qualified, expert staff. We hope to see new members coming through our doors this year who will be able to take advantage of the service and facilities that others have been enjoying."
Canstar Blue release regular surveys to measure and track Australian consumer satisfaction to help consumers make the smartest purchasing decisions to meet their needs. The Canstar Blue Awards are awarded to service providers across a number of categories including leisure, banking and utilities.
