Aussie World opens new themed FEC
Sunshine Coast amusement park Aussie World has opened a brand new style of Family Entertainment Centre called 'Phileas's Fun Worx'.
A themed venue offering a great selection of the latest arcade, redemption and video games, Phileas's Fun Worx includes a range of entertaining characters including zombies, Dead Man's Drift, Electrocution Jolt and Rockin' Chair Granny; and exciting games including the animated Wild West Shooting Gallery, Double Fast Track Air Hockey, Time Crisis 4, Dunk n Alien, Shoot the Hoops Basketball, Spin n Win, Smokin' Token, Bed Monsters.
Aussie World General Manager David Thompson said the new area has a broad range of appeal, explaining "there are games to suit all skill levels, ages and family groups so no-one misses out on enjoying the chance to have fun and be a winner."
Redemption games a are also a key element of the FEC with a large variety of prizes available that includes novelty items up to DVD Players, Nintendo DSi-XL's, Playstation 3s, Xbox 360s, Nintendo Wiis, televisions and major electrical appliances.
Entry is inclusive with the normal entry fee to Aussie World.
Aussie World is located alongside the famous Ettamogah Pub just north of the Caloundra exit on the Bruce Highway.
