Slim’s Quality Burger offers fresh, made to order burgers, hand cut chips and decadent ice cream, churned on site daily. The venue is bright and bold with an open kitchen, highlighting the freshness of our products and our attention to detail.

Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for all areas of operation. You are an integral player in the restaurant's performance and directly impact its success. What we need from you is the desire to learn and grow into your next role. This role is positioned to quickly springboard the right person into one of many elevated positions within the company. 

This is a hands-on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves and get on with it. Providing guidance and leadership are key functions of this position. The General Manager should know that hospitality is all about people first and product second, so making connections with our customers and the team is the number one priority. 

We’ll provide you with the tools to smoothly operate your restaurant, which will allow time to develop your skills. We have multiple locations opening within a year and the team is expanding quickly. Our expectation is that you develop your skills and grow within our group beyond the General Manager role as soon as possible.
