First held in 2020, and continuing online during the pandemic, the Healthy Ageing Summit returns in 2025.
Previous Summits attracted hundreds of participants, and the organisers anticipate the 2025 event to be even more significant with the collaboration between Perform Better and The Healthy Ageing Institute, merging the practicality of fitness solutions with the wisdom of ageing experts.
The result will see the delivery of a comprehensive program and educational resources aimed at promoting healthy ageing and enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the ageing demographic.
