Anton Kajlich is the Managing Director of Anti Wave Global Pty Ltd. The son of Anti Wave founder Anti Kajlich, Anton proudly continues on the long standing tradition of Anti Wave, 
with a renewed focus on product innovation and development, as well as increasing the availability and distribution of all Anti Wave product offerings through the development of new global partnerships.

A previous Australian Youth Polo goalie, Anton brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the aquatics industry. He has previously worked as Product Manager for Anti Wave, responsible for global product research and development. He has also worked for over a decade in Export Market Development with the company; responsible for the formation of new global Anti Wave partnerships around the world including the establishment of Licensed production and distribution of Anti Wave products in key international markets and regions.
Anton is committed to driving the global expansion of the Anti Wave brand and product range, through the development of new cooperative partnerships, and with a focus on new product innovations to suit the needs of clubs and facilities around the world.

He explains “the Anti Wave story and company history is based on over 50 years of continual and longstanding innovation and product development, and working towards the best possible global availability and service for all clubs and pools from the smallest facilities right up to key international events; we continue that history today with a diverse range of new products and ongoing research and development activities to keep Anti Wave at the forefront of design and innovation in the sector. We keep the needs of all clubs and facilities in the front and centre of our mind in all that we do, and we proudly maintain strong connections to ground level swim and polo teams, clubs and pools around the world; the original incubators of so much global talent, which are often forgotten or looked over by the larger aquatics organisations.’

Anton speaks English and Spanish and enjoys surfing, travelling and spending time with his wife and family.

Former professional water polo player and 2017 FINA Masters 70+ champion goalie, Anti Kajlich founded Anti Wave in 1971.

Anti Wave equipment was first selected for the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, as well as the 1st World Aquatics Championships in Cali, Colombia in 1975. Since then the Brisbane-based company has led the world in product innovation and development and Anti Wave products have been featured in multiple Olympic games included Sydney’s 2000 Games where its products contributed in breaking 15 World Records.

Today, Anti and his son Anton continue to design, innovate and produce the world’s best aquatic sports products with licensed production in eight countries around the world and with Anti Wave products exported to over 150 countries.

Anti Wave has filed for patents to protect a range of aquatic facility and water polo inventions with Anti continuing to work hard in reaching new countries and provide the best quality and value aquatic sports equipment around the world.
