Plastic Protection purchases Omnitech

Play equipment company Omnitech has been acquired by Plastic Protection.
Part of the Classic Metalworks Group, Plastic Protection had been manufacturing Omnitech's playground equipment for more than 20 years.
In a statement on their website the new owners say "we're by no means new to the business of supplying playground, leisure and recreational products (having) already played a big part in making the Omnitech brand a market leader."
Emphasising that "it's business as usual" Plastic Protection "promise that everything (customers) like about Omnitech will not only continue, but improve.
"We'll service (customers) even better than before (and) we'll introduce innovative new product."
