read moreWith a resurgence in interest in family entertainment centres, Timezone has opened its latest FEC at the Pacific Werribee shopping centre in Melbourne's west.
Built at a cost of $2 million and the fifth new Timezone to open in Australia this year, Timezone Werribee offers redemption games, laser skirmish, mini-bowling and a party area, presenting “an entertaining and fun environment” for patrons.
Its 1,200 metre² space also offers a range of arcade and state-of-the-art electronic amusement games along with old favourites including air hockey.
With Werribee located about 40 kilometres west of Melbourne city, Pacific Werribee Centre Manager Jonathan Codman says providing local families with entertainment options "eliminates the need for locals to travel distances for a day of fun with the family.”
He added “at Pacific Werribee, we're committed to being the go-to destination for families in the inner west.
"(This) $400 million redevelopment has evolved the centre into a one-stop fashion, lifestyle and entertainment destination and Timezone has been a key addition to achieving this.
“For mall owners, Timezone provides additional activity options in the centre's entertainment precinct meaning customers have the option to play during the day or after centre trading hours."
