Debitsuccess has partnered with the Professional Golf Association of Australia (PGA) to provide its 2,500 members with the option of flexible, regular membership payments.

By utilising Debitsuccess' industry-leading direct debit initiator PGA members can now specify their own payment method, with fortnightly and monthly payment now an option.

PGA Corporate Services Manager Stuart Hergt explained that the greatest benefit of the Debitsuccess payment software is the flexibility offered to their members.

Hergt explained "with so many members across Australia - many of whom are paying different amounts - the ability for Debitsuccess to work dynamically and autonomously has been impressive. It's terrific for members to spread their fees out at a relatively low cost.

"Members can enjoy the perks of being part of the PGA community, without feeling the burden of a large withdrawal from their accounts."

One of Debitsuccess' unique features is an integrated capacity for declined payment follow-up and the associated debt collection. Since establishing Debitsuccess as their payment provider, the PGA have noticed a marked difference in their workload, with the outsourcing of the collections process alleviating a great deal of stress from their internal duties.

Here Hergt explains "Debitsuccess has made our job easier by doing the follow up to get members to pay on time. It's a gateway solution to an otherwise time consuming, and sometimes messy, process."

With Debitsuccess, when a member payment is dishonoured, the member will be contacted within 24 hours - either by phone, SMS, email or standard post. This process is repeated three times, after which the member's debt is forwarded to a debt collection firm with the approval of the PGA.

Hergt is also buoyed by Debitsuccess' simple set up and ease of use, adding "the software has been extremely easy to use and navigate. The initial training was comprehensive - It covered everything we needed to know.
