Bracks (pictured below)  has attributed a lot of her success managing and running some of the most successful fitness businesses in Australia to her wonderful network of support.

As she explains "support is critical to helping you learn, grow, share some laughs, keep each other accountable and push the limits to achieve what was once the unachievable. Having an amazing bunch of close friends in the fitness industry has really been instrumental in my success and I want to be able to give other women who work in the fitness industry the same opportunities."

Women in Fitness was created for women who work in all roles in the fitness industry to share ideas, motivate each other, give proven tips on business, learn from each other and help encourage each other to build successful fitness businesses with a support network. The development program is affordable for all and includes proven tips, forums, newsletters, webinars, interviews of expert business women, networking luncheons and training on business skills, planning, management, marketing, prospecting, retention, operations, sales, social media, human resources, staff training, communication, public relations, leadership as well as motivation to empower women that work in the fitness industry.

Women who work in women's only and co-ed clubs in all positions are welcome to join. Women in Fitness is ideal for business owners, head office managers, personal trainers, yoga and pilates teachers, group fitness managers and teachers, reception staff, department managers, sole trading business owners, club managers, sales managers, membership consultants, customer care managers and retention officers will all thrive from the expertise and support of this group.
