Australian Leisure Management is saddened to learn of the death of fitness executive and consultant Damien Bain at the age of just 46.
Damien was Managing Director of the Fitness Business Sales consultancy which he founded in November 2020.
The business specialises in several aspects of the fitness industry from start-ups to franchise recruitment and exit planning for operating clubs.
Prior to that he had worked in a number of roles in the fitness industry for businesses including PLC (Premium Lifestyle Clubs), Belgravia Leisure - where he was NSW State Manager, Fitness First Australia - where he was also NSW State Manager, Genesis Fitness Clubs and Beach House Fitness Centres as well as having been General Manager of several gyms in Melbourne.
He has been laid to rest at the Springvale Botanical Cemetery in south east Melbourne.
