SwimDesk offers complimentary guide to improving swim school customer satisfaction

Since an official launch in June 2014, software application SwimDesk has grown as a popular tool for enhancing a swim school’s customer experience, with over 50 centres throughout Australia using the technology.

The SwimDesk system includes unique functionality for managing swim student progression and retention. The system allows swim schools to managing student assessments on tablet device whilst enhance communications with parents through features such as assessment email notifications and online parent portal where parents can see the skill progression of their children.

What really makes SwimDesk stand out is the design of its parent portal which can be tailored to include a facilities’ logos, mascots, images and video content. The parent portal is mobile compatible which means parents can easily view their child’s lesson progression via their smart phone.

SwimDesk works in conjunction with many leading leisure management systems and provides a specialised and powerful tool for managing swimming lesson progression and retention.

To help educate swim schools on innovative strategies for improving customer satisfaction SwimDesk have launched a complementary booklet Five Strategies for Improving Swim School Customer Satisfaction and Retention.

The in-depth booklet explains five core strategies for improving customer satisfaction levels in a Swim schools. The booklet focuses heavily on the importance of communication with parents and outlines several ways to overcome than challenges of communicating with thousands of parents.
