Sprint 8 Cardio program looks to boost retention, acquisition and revenue
The Sprint 8 Cardio Protocol is an optimised intensity-based training program that allows fitness club members to build muscle and burn fat quickly and effectively.
As explained in a recent blog by John Mullen, Commercial Sales Manager for Australian Matrix distributor Johnson Health Tech, explains “muscle mass naturally decreases and body fat increases as part of the aging process. Fortunately, you can slow down, stop or even reverse that trend when you use the same training tools that athletes employ.
“When you train your clients like athletes, you will not only transform their bodies, but they will also grow much healthier in the process. Plus, they can accomplish this radical change in their body at any age, and they can do it in as little as 20 minutes a day, three days per week.”
The anaerobic interval training regimen is exclusive to Matrix commercial cardio equipment, available on the 7xi, 7xe and 5x consoles of treadmills, elliptical, ascent trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes and hybrid bikes.
